Mrs Taste Creamy Sauce, Fat Free Low Calorie Condiment, Zero Sugar, Gluten Free (8 oz, Cheddar)

First impression: 0/5 I am on a high protein, low fat diet but the thing I’ve missed the most is definitely cheese; so even though the reviews were mostly negative, I decided to try it anyways. When people say the bottle is small, they mean it is SMALL. For reference, those little water bottles you give to kids at a field day, that’s the same size. The consistency is super runny, which is honestly not ideal for any condiment. And there is an aftertaste… it tastes slightly like aspertame or sweet and low (?) something artificial that throws the whole thing off. I am putting it in the fridge post-opening to see if that helps with the consistency and the taste— hopefully if it’s thicker, I can mix it up better? I don’t know? I’m trying to get my $15 worth. I will update this again if my opinion changes, but if there are no updates, assume it still sucks.

Perfect product for a low calorie cheese sauce replacement for strict dieting. I read some of the other reviews before buying this product and I was surprised by the negativity. I'm on a very low calorie diet with the goal of getting to a low single digit body fat percentage. If you are offended by a "processed" taste don't buy the product. Why would you ever buy a cheese sauce that is 10 calories per serving and expect it to taste like regular cheese sauce (one of the most calorical dessert food items). If you are dieting down buy this product. Only one serving is needed to add a powerful cheese flavor to foods with almost negligible calories.

This is nasty tasting with what little flavor it has. The picture spread on a bagel in their advertisement is wrong. They make it look like spreading like cream cheese and it doesn’t. There is no taste or resemblance to cream cheese. I wasted my money. They should give my money back even if it can’t be returned.

First and foremost, don't expect this to be cheese. For people who really want something reminiscent of cheese, but without calories, this may be your best bet (but honestly, I would try some homemade recipes first). And $15 for the little 8oz bottle? No, not a good deal. Not recommended. They make a lot of calorie-free sauces, etc. They really ought to sell a sampler for $10 with about 1/2 oz of each of their products...

Thought for $15 it'd be a traditional ketchup bottle size... nope smaller than my hand. Was excited to find a low carb cheese sauce to make mac and cheese with... tastes nothing like cheese... more like ... processed??? I don't even know what... doesn't taste like cheese or anything else I've had. Will not order again, especially for $15

Alot of people have blasted this item for bad flavor. But I think they are not realizing the point of the food which is to get as close to the original flavor only minus the unhealthy even possibly lethal ingrediants that are usually in the original sauce. Its not going to taste the same. I believe it is still good and something I could normally not have because of the ungodly high sodium content in most cheese sauces would be sure to put in me in a early grave with congestive heart failure.
