When removed from packaging it got broken easily

Broken pieces does not stay stuck.
The main photo is misleading because it is about 1/4th of the size shown. When putting it on the wall most of the letters were cut in small pieces making ot hard to put up. The adhesive glue has worn off a month later and it keeps lifting and falling off my wall.
