I ordered this for my brother on Rakhi. The class of the product is outstanding. Believe me when I say this, I do not see such a hassle-free personalization of a gift and also delivered on time. In the instructions while ordering, they have clearly mentioned a WhatsApp phone number. Just one message with clear details of name and desired icon...that's all it takes. I am super impressed with the all round experience. I read reviews where customers mentioned that it is costly for the size of the product. I personally don't find that to be true, especially when you're getting something so personalized. One must understand that price is for the product/service and the idea put together. For the benefit of future buyers. 1. The metal icon is brilliantly large so while choosing a long icon (for example: key icon) the letters of the name and the icon can come close. So choose icons according to the number of letters. 2. The best space management between letters and the icon is with a maximum of a 6-lettered name on the key chain. Meaning, if the name is 6-lettered and you add one icon to it the key ring is fully occupied. 3. Colours are true to what has been displayed. I am already planning on my next 2 orders. Well crafted, good quality and finish. The key ring used seems tough and should last well. Vegan leather feel is pretty nice. I would certainly recommend this for all scooter motorcycle owners and car owners for that matter. You have a large selection of "charms" and can add whatever name or title youay want.

It's twice the size it needs to be. So large you'd be embarrassed taking your keys out in public and it takes up too much of your pocket. I ended up replacing it.

It is good for use in zips the print quality is pakkha.weight is not that much and In my opinion it's a good gift value and I wish the ring in the keychain can be upgraded.
