Love this product! It does exactly what it says!

It stopped working after two uses.

I had this shipped overnight and it arrived on time but after charging it for an extended period, it refused to work. Don't bother, I'm returning it and upset about paying for the shipping on a broken product.

Wow I honestly kept my expectations low because it was only $60 BUT wow this thing is powerful. It is 100% comparable to the microderms you get at a Dr office. Just use with caution because it's strong. Watch videos on how to use it first. Would recommend and will be buying more for gifts!

Amazing! This works very well. I've only used it 3 times so far but after even the first time I saw a huge difference. My skin is so much more clear now. Even my coworkers asked me what did I do different because my face looked different. I highly recommend this product.

The timer button works as the on and off as well as the power level for off and on as well as the levels. There is not a timer. Thanks for the lemon.

I received my order today and I was super excited to use it but after getting it opened I found the little nozzle are not getting fi over suction cups.I got two cups and both are of different sizes.for one cup nozzle is big and for other it's not getting fit.when I try to use it without nozzle with cups due to suction I got lots of bruises on my face and within two minutes my face was like a big bump.really very disappointed by itI'm returning it with wasting my more time on it.

***update***After watching tutorials and getting used to the machine, all I can say is it is fabulous!!! Besides the lack of instructions for assembly and use, I would give this product 5 stars. I am following a regime I found online so today was my second time using it and my skin feels and looks amazing already. It is baby soft and I already see a difference as far as any acne scarring goes. I have small acne scars on my cheeks especially and when in the light you could see the uneven texture. Not any more! It looks totally smoothe and even. It is not porcelain perfect yet, but I honestly feel after regular use it will be close to it. I would highly recommend this product. It has great suction and different speeds/tips for different areas which is perfect because my skin is combination. Sensitive in some spots and tougher in others. I had large pores on the side of my nose and I hated it. They are already a lot smaller and more importantly there is no more gunk clogging them up. I have always been a little self conscious about the skin on my face and don't usually leave the house without some type of cover up. Just after 2 uses I feel comfortable enough putting a quick light foundation and baby powder and it looks great and glowing. I wish I would have taken 'before' pictures. If your new at microdermabrasion I would definitely suggest googling a how to video, but you will be very pleased with your results.*I honestly can't tell you what my results are since today was my first time using it so I will update after more sessions. I gave it 4 stars because it works wonderfully, I did ALOT of research and read many many reviews before picking the right machine-based on results and price so I wanted to give my review for anyone considering an at home microdermabrasion tool. It has great suction, the diamond heads work great and for the product itself I think it's fantastic. The bad part is, the on off button is not in the best place and is very sensitive to touch, it is way to easy to press it and continually shut it off while you are using it especially trying to get around certain areas. The absolutely horrible part is the lack of ANY instructions. No telling how to put it together and it is extremely confusing. For instance I couldn't get the suction cup on and lined up with the tube going into the hole on the inside of it-after me trying it and my BF, we gave up and I said I would google info on it later when I have more time. I pulled the picture of it up and zoomed in, and then finally figured out that it is not supposed to fit into each other. The O ring is extremely important and I found it on the floor when trying to assemble it so it must have not been very secure and fell right out of the box-it's a clear small rubber ring so good luck finding it if you don't know it belongs there. It was terribly frustrating and time consuming to figure out the entire assembly even though you would think the peices are self-explanatory. They are not. Once assembled and while using it I was very pleased besides the on off switch issue.i would absolutely recommend it as far as it doing what it is supposed to do. Just be prepared to google assembly especially if you have never used one before. All machines are slightly different so I would think even if you are familiar with microdermabrasion you would still need proper instructions for each machine. I will come back in a month and update my review to advise how well the affects are! All in all currently please with operation after assembly.
