Replacement Gel Soft Case Skin Cover and Hard Travel Carrying Case Box for Bose Soundlink Mini Bluetooth Speaker - Black

Fits like a glove, makes my 15+ year old speaker look brand new. Carrying case is a plus, usually i just throw it whatever bag I'm carrying, but, now it can be properly transported. Only thing is, its hard to fit the charger in the case, with the speaker. I have to figure that out. Other than that, it's great! I would buy it again.

Ok as a replacement but, for the rubber protector, the cutout where the controls are supposed to be accessed is not smooth & has jagged edges. You can probably straighten it out with a box cutter

So I after read a few reviews on the gel outside cover and I was worried that it was going to be crap. Honestly it was difficult at first, but bam went on beautifully. First of the cover isn't really gel, it's a harder gel like plastic. It's not a flimsy gel skin. It's an actual cover. The trick is to put the end for the outlets on first. (make sure you put the side for the hole for the outlet) You'll see in the photos that the second picture I show it on one end of the speaker. When you get to the other end you have to spread open both ends of the split and pull it up on the edge of the speaker side (photo 3 and 4). After that you can just squeeze it on. You have to fiddle with it to get all the edging on the speaker like you would with any covering, but it does go on completely. Once you do that, it is on. Yes, you can pull it off. I had it on with the outlet side on the wrong side and when I realized it, it came off easily and I was able to get it back on properly and nicely. It's a snug fit, but thank goodness for that. I had some scratches after 6 years of use, so this gel cover makes the speaker look so attractive now. The outer zipper case is lovely. I am very please with this purchase. The price was so right!! I will up date this if the case or Gel covering thing damages easily because I lug my speaker around and now I feel confident that my speaker is much safer than bumping around my tote bag!! It is a good choice!! Remember if you read that the gel case you can't get it on or it's much harder than a gel skin, it's because it's BETTER than a gel skin!! See my photos!!
