My last fire pit (fire pit table in a box) had a flame about 1/4 the size of this and had barely any heat and hissed 4x louder. This is such an upgrade!!!! The burner puts out great heat for a 22-inch firepit. I'm using this to convert a wood-burning cast-iron stove to a portable firepit.
