We use these metatarsal pads in my office and they adhere well to insoles. Fit our purpose just fine.

Instructions lacking
There are obviously different pads for each foot; however, there was neither any indication as to which was which nor any information as to the best placement in the shoe. I currently feel as if I have rocks in my shoes. I suppose finding a comfortable spot will have to be trial and error.

They do not stick when placed on my orthotic! ...
They do not stick when placed on my orthotic!!! I then tried to glue them on and have ruined my expensive new orthotic. I would not buy these again!!!
