Cheaply made product broke and getting run around on replacement.
This was a gift for my retired dad who enjoys bicycling on bike paths. In less than 45 days of owning the product the support mount to the bike broke off and the gopro was lost (no bike wreck just riding).Attempted to contact seller for replacement and they asked for an invoice. I provided the invoice that Amazon gives and they refused it wanting a more itemized invoice.Attempted to ask for an itemized invoice using Amazon contact seller and they responded by telling me to get the invoice from my order; which was not accepted previously.After several hours, we are going in circles attempting to get an itemized invoice for a replacement which doesn't seem to be impossible.Avoid this expensive bundle of super cheaply made accessories.

Battery life terrible
The battery life on this camera is terrible. Even with all the settings set for maximum battery life i could only use for about 20 minutes of video recording. I am a first responder and was very disappointed the battery life was terrible. 20 minutes of use for 3-4 hours of charge isn't worth it Another note you cannot use the camera while its being charged which i was planning on using as a dash cam at least but i cannot do that either. The quality of picture was great. The ease of use from camera to phone was shotty as the phone wouldn't connect to the go pro about half the time. When it did connect it was user friendly and i could transfer files easily through the app. I suggest a longer battery life and i would consider this product otherwise don't waste your time on it

Beware manipulative GoPro practices
Today I am a disgruntled GoPro customer, so want to pass this along in case any of you are thinking of buying GoPro equipment:Beware the manipulative practices of GoPro! I bought a Hero10 camera in Oct and it came with a 1 yr subscription to their Quik app and cloud storage ($49.99 value). They subsequently sent me an email to my OTHER email account stating that I needed to buy a subscription to their Quik app/cloud. I was confused because I didn’t understand why they were asking me this when I was already supposed to have a subscription. So I paid for one month. Then I get another forceful email saying that my monthly subscription has expired and I have to renew immediately otherwise my photos will be removed from the cloud. I spent hours on the phone with them expressing my great outrage that they forced an extra subscription on me when I was already a customer, and they will under NO circumstances refund any money! They tried to make a trade With me for merchandise, but would not offer me anything in the ballpark of the $49.99 that I was charged. I believe this is criminal behavior so I am just alerting you that if you expect any fair treatment from GoPro you will probably not get it. And in my small experience with the go pro camera, the camera seems good, but the batteries are terrible. You have to charge them after simple and fairly brief usage because they don’t hold a charge.I also have serious issues with companies that farm all their support service out to people in far off countries and don’t provide them with any way to actually help in extenuating circumstances. These huge worldwide companies really run roughshod over their customers in this way and I think it is a despicable practice.

These cameras don’t last very long!
I am unhappy with the GoPro service, too. I bought a GoPro 7 for my grandson about a year ago and within the first month the screen stopped working. They sent me another one. Then less than a year later the screen stopped working again. This time they wouldn’t do anything for me. They told me I was a few days outside of the warranty but only after wasting my time over my computer for more than 2 hours trying to find out if the problem was fixable. She told me it wasn’t. She told me GoPro would send me a little accessory item for my trouble but I haven’t received anything as yet. My grandson wants a 10 but I’m fearful about buying another GoPro camera. I have cameras that go back years and years and still work. Also, I believe my grandson has shared that the batteries don’t last very long, too.
