I order a 70 cm bench. It came with a missing part. I returned it and ordered another one. When the new package arrived, the same part was missing just like the first one. The missing part is small wood that is for dividing the compartment under the seat into two. However, I have assembled the bench it looks good but not sure about the quality and how long it will survive.Note: I think since it is 70 cm in width the small wooden part is excluded by the seller deliberately. As per previous reviews from buyers. There is a missing part. A small partition for the top storage. It's ok if it doesn't bother you. Not so solid but sustainable

I like the colours and the wood, maybe not too sturdy but does the job

One part was missing, one leg was broken, and several pre drilled holes were in the wrong places and did not align with the hardware provided.That said, it can be put together though it is flimsy

Item came on time but the quality of the product is not worth the price. Although reasonably priced, which is why my expectations were low, the 2 side parts which serve as the feet of the rack are un-even resulting in a wobbly shoe rack. one part was missing (wooden divider for the hidden storage). Felt like almost all the parts were cut without proper measurement. I would also not trust the sturdiness of the rack as it feels flimsy, so sit at your own risk.

Bad quality

I received the item with damaged box and in that one part is missing . Without that part we cant able fix it.
