I wear 7.5.Original Oofos a 7.ordered 7 in this style. Exact width and length of my foot. Am afraid 8 would be too big. Opinions?

I ordered the same size my friend has (9) but they seem smaller. I am wondering if they stretch (flatten out) a little over time?
