Cheep quality and hard
Terrible quality. Cheap materials. Too hard to be comfortable for kids. I got two and regret it.

Too big for my tall 18 months old
Well, unfortunately I read all reviews here and they convinced me, but the neck pillow is for 7-10 years old in my personal opinion. The "checks " not prevent the head fell down in the front.

Didn’t receive the correct item
Aside from the product being super super late, we didn’t even receive the correct item. Was some cheap, smaller, flimsy neck support pillow. Nothing like the one in the picture. We already have 1 of these and know for a fact what we received is of significantly lesser quality. Only nice thing is they issued us a refund when it was super late, and thank goodness they did, otherwise I would be even more pissed when this wrong one came in. I’ve included a comparison picture over what we ordered (left) vs what we got (right)
