I wanted either an icon to represent the Holy Spirit (ie a dove) or a cross. This has both! I was slightly hesitant because there's something about the design that seems a little... <em>fey</em>, but I went for it anyway seeing as how the price was so good and it met my requirements.I really like it! It's a good weight and seems well made. The wood is smooth with a nice finish that's neither too shiny nor too flat. Hopefully my roommate's satanist friend will stay out of my room now!I also want to mention the company that makes it. They claim to be a community of Christians near Bethlehem. I hope that's true, and if it is true, than I'm very glad to buy from these people. I'm scared it's not true, because there can be some unseemly sorts in the Holy Land that wouldn't be shy about misrepresenting themselves to get money from Christians. I don't have any reason to think this is the case, but you never know. I really wish the company would post some pictures to prove their bona-fides.

Beautiful little cross, and it’s very special because it was made by Christians in the Holy Land. When I was a child, we had a small wooden cross that always hung over our door. It was nothing special, it was hand made and a bit rough and imperfect. Somewhere along life’s way, it got lost, but I never forget that little rough wooden cross. I wanted to finally get a replacement, and what better to replace it with than one handmade in Jerusalem. The only flaw I see was the Dove was not centered, but that’s just fine with me. I’m not perfect either. I will hang it over my door with pride.

The bigger one was out of stock, so I ordered the smaller size and had it sent to a very special younger sister. I wanted her to have a cross like mine. My cross from Zuluf is the only cross that I have on a wall in my house. It has deep meaning for me. The carving of the dove is beautiful. I love that the wood is from pruning trees in the holy land, and that they aren't cutting trees down to make them. And coming from Jerusalem with the bit of soil in it, makes it even more special. I was delighted when my sister opened her cross and liked it. Then she heard something rattling in the box and on inspection, a beautiful little carved wooden pendant fell out. It's beautiful too! She's already tied it around her neck and is wearing it. Thank you so much for this extra gift that my sister found in her box along with her beautiful cross. It means a lot to her and to me. I love this cross cause it resembles Christ death & Holy Spirit came after to fill us. Made of Olive Wood from Israel. I had bought it in Israel but wanted to get more for gifts. I will be ordering more. It's natural olive wood & each are uniquely made cause of grain of wood. Buy it & give as gifts & it will touch others.

There's no dove on the cross I received nor is it in the envelope the cross came in. There is glue residue on the cross where the dove was attached at one time. There's also some sealant residue slopped onto one side. The wood is gorgeous and it would have been a beautiful cross if it was complete and hadn't been sealed sloppily. It was going to be a Confirmation gift. I'm really disappointed in this purchase.

I bought this for my in-laws 61 anniversary. I love that each one is handmade so everyone could have unique differences. Mine was wrapped in newspaper from Jerusalem. Along with the cross they added two wooden charms. You can’t beat the price. My in-laws loved it.

Beautiful wall cross. Polished on front and sides and stamped Jerisalem on the plain back. Only small issue is that there is no hanger just a hole and when I tried to add one, the wood is so hard I had to use putty to hold it in.Looks great on the wall.I do have an issue with the Amazon driver who decided DELIVERED meant thrown onto my porch without even knocking my door!

I love the fact this is handmade from olive wood with a gloss varnish finish. Nice, light colour with a dove added. The 14 stations of the cross are printed in roman numerals on the back so will appeal to Catholics during Lent. Adds a cheerful note to any room or to every room in your home. Why not give these as a gift to friends and family instead of an Easter egg ?

This is a lovely little cross it comes nicely packaged and looks lovely on the wall fast delivery too also all the money made from the sale of these goes to the families in the holy land to support and feed them absolutely beautiful

I have not put this up yet as need some one to do that, but the cross is very smart and I like the design with the dove and the Holy land soil adds to it. I am very glad to have bought a beautiful wall ornament that gives me encouragement . when my friend has her birthday I intend to get this beautiful cross as a gift.

I knocked a star off, because this is smaller than I expected, but it is very pleasingly finished. It feels nicely made and will be going on my wall as planned, just won't take up as much room as I expected!
