Where is this made/manufactured?

The company - Regal Games is in St. Charles, La., but the chess set is manufactured in China.

There is no box. How come the review photos have box?

Unfortunately I cannot answer this question. I ordered two of these sets and they both came in a box. The quality of the sets were very good, especially given the price.

chessboard square size ? Looking for 1 1/4" Squares.

The size of the product is 10.5 x 1 x 10.5 inches, however, The pawns are 1 1/4” tall.
