These are extremely soft. Nice and warm as an extra layer. The glow in the dark works, but really dim (novelty anyway, not really a main feature for us so not a deal breaker, but if you are looking for something that glows bright probably not the blanket for you).

This blanket is so soft and cozy. It's also so cute. It doesn't glow for very long, but my daughter still loves it.

Its wonderful! My 4 year old loves it and uses all the time... it glows!!! Use a bright flashlight or leave in the sun a while before you show your child ' then have them walk onto a dark room with it there to surprise them! We love it!!! My son was blown away!!!! I ordered this as a birthday present to myself. I get cold at night, but husband is always warm, so I needed a throw for just my side of the bed. I love that it actually glows, the sherpa underside is sooo soft, and it really is the perfect size. Luna (the best dog) approves and prefers snuggles on my side of the bed.

I originally bought this as one of my 2 1/2 yr old great granddaughters Christmas presentsFirst I was very impressed with its cute and festive boxed packagingThe blanket was adorable!Well while here she had an accident in her pants and when leaving her daddy was going to take her outside to his truck in her shirt and pull ups and I said No she can have one of her presents and we wrapped her up in her unicorn blanket all soft and beautiful and she just melted into it..lol…being carried by daddy outside in the cold all wrapped up snug she loved her blanket! Perfect gift for my niece's birthday party. I opened it and laid it under the light for a few before tossing it in a gift bag to be sure it was exposed to light prior to her trying to use it, to make sure it would glow for her. I'm not sure how long the glow lasts but if they're using it at bedtime I'm not sure that matters too much.
