7+ Months of Results – Why I’ve been subscribed since October 2025
I take these tablets every day and have done for a long time. I set up a monthly subscription back in October, so a new box arrives automatically. This means I never run out and never forget to take them. After using them consistently for more than six months, I can tell they have made a real difference. They are very good for hair, especially if you have the same type of hair as me or struggle with it breaking or falling out. Since I started taking them, there is a lot less breakage, and it feels fuller and stronger than before. My nails were always my biggest problem. They used to peel or snap off all the time. Now they are strong and healthy and stay that way. I began to notice a change after about two months, and they have remained good ever since. It helps my skin as well. It gives a good range of vitamins that keeps it looking clear and healthy, even when I am tired or busy managing the house. I have used the standard versions before, but this Max one is better. It includes Omega-3 and is a stronger formula, and you can see the difference. It feels like a complete supplement. It does cost a bit more, but I have kept my subscription going all this time because the results make it worth the money. The main thing is that you have to keep taking them. They do not change things overnight, but if you use them regularly over time, your hair and nails do get much stronger and healthier.
