Good product, needs a Poe switch which is not a problem just needs to be clear in description.

The item works great once you have a poe switch to power it..available separately...this was not clear to me at the point of purchase... and the actual instructions are also not clear on this with one diagram showing a poem switch and one for standalone mode not showing the need for a switch... why are instructions so rubbish and lacking clarity. Had to contact support to clear this up .. BUT THERE IS NO SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER FOR TP LINK ANY MORE...so this takes forever.. I love tp link products..but it's 50/50 they either work straight out of the box ..if not you will need tech support to get it working... TP LINK .. P.EASE BRING BACK THE TECH SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER ..PLEASE.,!

Works without a problem so far. Sold as new but had clearly been used by somebody before, so not new! Clearly not new as it had been set up with a password protected SSID and did not possess the default SSID. Not impressed by Amazon here. Fixed by factory reset. Quick start manual wasn’t accurate and made reference to a non-existent URL. I had to find out the IP of the access point before I could log into it. Small inconvenience, but may prove tricky for some users to set up.

East setup. Does exactly what I needed it to.

Give me a good Wi-Fi signal and very fast and the ability to have poe through it, is very useful as you can connect up things like p o e cameras, and another plus is allegedly the Chinese government can spyit so if ever breaks hopefully they will send me to replacement straight away
