It seems like a high price for a mystery pattern, but I think the pink and yellow flowers are cute. I had a version of this umbrella I bought more than twenty years ago that I finally lost. It is surprisingly sturdy and marvelously tiny. If you need a small umbrella to keep in your purse, and you don’t mind a random pattern, give it a shot!

I had this same umbrella for many years. It finally wore out and after much searching I had given up on ever finding it again. Then I looked on Amazon, and there it was. I don't get the negative reviews... It is what it is... a great, functional, tiny, packable umbrella. With care it should last for a long time. Yes, it was difficult to open the very first time, but after that there was no problem. I don't know why we can't choose the color, but I got lucky with a dark grey houndstooth check. Not what I would have ordered (wanted solid black), but I can live with it. I highly recommend this umbrella -- especially since it apparently is the only one this small and functional on the market.

The handle is flimsy and I could not fully open the umbrella. I returned it and will look elsewhere for a better umbrella

Unfortunately I did not try out the umbrella for weeks and now it is too late to return. It really is garbage. The umbrella will not stay open so it is virtually useless. It would be nice if it worked because it is very small and easy to carry in your purse but no good for the rain because it won't stay open and provides only a small covering from the rain even if it did work.

Smaller than I anticipated, and somewhat flimsy, but it does fit the bill for which it was purchased. It sits in my daughter's back pack for walking out of school when it is raining. If it was heavy rain, or for an adult, it would not be great, but for a kid, perfect and tiny.

Perfect for what it is - a tiny, lightweight umbrella small enough to keep in my purse at all times so I'm never caught in the rain. No, it probably won't hold up in a torrential downpour or strong winds, but I wouldn't expect it to. I also enjoyed the element of surprise in not knowing which pattern I would get - I ended up getting an awesome black with white stripes pattern that wasn't even advertised in the photo, but that I would have chosen if I could.

Smallest travel umbrella on the market. It fit easily in a side pocket in my travel bag, and kept me dry in rainy Ireland. Light and compact.

I thought I was buying a rainbow coloured umbrella which would have been a great present for my wife...she really liked one we saw several years ago. The photo doesn't show the umbrella opened up, but the rainbow case sure made me think the umbrella would also be a rainbow pattern. The one I got was just black(boring). The only reason I ordered this is for the rainbow pattern.this is the first time I've been disappointed by an order so I'll have to look up what to do as a result. The item is called "Totes Micro Mini Umbrella Assorted" I thought the "assorted " was maybe some odd way of saying different colours as in a rainbow as pictured for the umbrella's carry bag. I located the item by searching for a "Rainbow Umbrella".
