Big tool
She does what she promises and you don't break an arm for that. It's a little big, so for more restricted and tight spaces you'll need to go with something else. Keep in mind that it is a great tool in every way.

Really liked the look and design, but not up to task
This is built like a beast, nice case, etc. I was loving it until I used it.Long story short there is zero chance this is 5 ton, and it wasn't even abled to free frozen wheel bearing/CV. Lengthened the job, cost me time and money. If they just used better hydraulics I believe they would have a mechanic's best friend. But as is it's no good.

Works as intended but game a bit banged up.
Mine worked really well for pulling off my brake rotors. Came a bit dented but didn't affect the functionality at all.

It worked great, but heavy and a pain to put together each time I want to use it
The puller works, that is the most important thing about it. but there are alot of bolt and nuts to be taken on and off to get it back in the case. wish there could have been a way to store it almost put together.
