If you like firm pillows this one is for you. Very supportive, it has two sides that feel a little different. It works great for sleeping on the side but may take a little getting used to.

Nice shape, good size for adults , good looking. It’s so comfortably. painted shoulder, neck are release so much. Sleeps so well. Wake up no any neck/ shoulder feel hurt. Memory foam support for all positions of headSleeping on it for the first time was a revelation. It felt like my head finally found its designated parking spot for the night. Im sooooo glad I bought this pillow. I was looking for a pillow to support my neck and face but all of the pillows for that are marketed to women such as I ,but are way overpriced!!! Im glad I found this pillow great price. When I first got it it took a few nights to get used to it,but its worth it and has corrected my sleeping position. It cradles the head and feels like heaven. Im glad I bought it. Im leaving a review because another customer left a great review and thats why I purchased it. Im glad I did!!! My neck feels sooooo much better!!!!

A little pricey but this pillow does help with my aches and pains. I am a side sleeper and shoulder pain can be a problem, this pillow eliminated that. I found the height for me was good without much fussing about. My neck feels a bit better, but having spinal problems it's always going to be a work in progress. The shape of the pillow is interesting, with areas sculpted out to put one arm if you are a side sleeper. Some nights this works perfectly, and for some unknown reason on other nights it is not a good fit for my arm. Even though the cover is washable, I do wish there was a custom pillowcase for this pillow, perhaps in satin so as not to dry out my hair. The pillowcase I am using is a bit short and doesn't conform well to the shape of the pillow, sometimes bunching up. I hope the pillow stays firm and doesn't get mushy over time like some memory foam. Time will tell.
