i didnt realize how much this affected my overall mood until i quit taking it. All of the sudden i was super irritable, snappy, short tempered again.. and i couldn't figure out why. then i realized i quit my subscription of this. so i started back up and it deffffff helps take a little bit of the edge off for me. I take 2 droppers in the morning, 1 when i get home from work in cranberry juice. the flavor is HORRIBLE, but thats a small price to pay for the benefits. I found cranberry masks the flavor best, but maybe something else works best for you? do notttt recommend putting under the tounge like i did the first time ... ew.

i want to return this product and my window closed.it DOES NOT WORK for anxiety matter of fact, makes it WORSE.
