Excellent Customer Service for a Really Cute Product
My 2 year old loves the fork and spoon. We wanted to graduate to something closer to adult utensils and they certainly fit the bill. The customer service is exceptional. When we first received the item, everything went in the dishwasher. The utensils came out perfectly fine. The plate warped. Being busy parents, we put it off and ended up missing Amazon’s return period. Reached out to the manufacturer and they sent a replacement. No blaming my dishwasher. No excuses. It arrive within a day after providing my address. Haven’t put the replacement in the dishwasher yet…once burned, twice shy… It’s easy enough to hand wash. I highly recommend the product. It’s so cute and the kiddo always wants the fire truck fork and spoon. Pair that with excellent customer service and you have a winning combination.

Wasn’t thinking or didn’t know my grandson would want every section filled lol! It’s sturdy and the decor on the plate and utensils has held up nicely. I wash it by hand in hot water.
