Q: How do you inflate it?

There is a little tube thingy on the side you pull it out and blow into it like a beach ball. BUT I do NOT recommend this product because it doesn't hold the air for too long. I have emailed their customer service and they were very nice and have sent me 4 over the course of a few weeks and each one they sent were as bad as the prior one. I finally gave up. It's a poorly made product. Don't waste your money!!

Q: Why does the little tube (maybe part of the patch kit) that does not look like a full tube normally looks?

The tube of glue included with the patch kit contains enough glue for one patch.

Q: Honestly I am looking to buy this to make me sit higher in my car due to my height and the sun always hitting my eyes. Will this help my problem?

Most cushions made for cars are wider. I'd think this one might feel unstable. Also, these aren't made for regular use - they just don't last.
