Fabulous. Has old school look that I love

Just over three years, we built our forever home. After much searching, I decided on purchasing all WOW brand faucets for our new home. I love them all. One of my favorite things in my new home, is my WOW kitchen faucet. It is beautiful, but more importantly, it is a solid heavy duty faucet! Recently, it started leaking. I contacted the company to see if I could get parts from them. After providing the information requested, they sent me two of the needed parts, no charge! I was expecting to pay for the part! They have the absolute best customer service, which is always greatly appreciated!So, would I recommend WOW, you better believe it! A really great product and the best service!

Good quality faucet - constructed to limit leaks - nice appearance - easy install but instructions we printed small so they were hard for an old man to read. Pleased with my purchase - good value - priced below comparable faucets.

The faucet is heavy and seems to be well made. I just installed, so longevity I'm not sure of. PROS: well made,heavy duty,great look and finish, sprayer can shoot across the room on full blast. CONS: installation instructions are terrible, the spray nozzle stays on till you click it again to shut off. Meaning if you're rinsing the sink out with the sprayer and then turn the water off, when you turn the water on again the sprayer is still in spray mode and will shoot water everywhere. I'm sure it's good for splaying a trick on your spouse though.

Looks nice and feels solid. Install was easy. Just like other reviews stated, the hand held spray takes a litte time to get familiar with. The trigger is more like an on off button. Be sure to turn it off before you turn the water off otherwise next time the water is turned on get ready for surprise. Other than that, would recommend this kitchen faucet.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly was easy, the faucet looks great and operates smoothly. Color matches pictures. Issue with the spray hose. When I turn the water on quickly, it pops the hose handle and sprays my shirt. Company sent us another and it no longer sprays me but still jumps up a little and makes a clunking noise. Very stable handles and the spout reaches most of my 33” sink because it is angled out towards me a little bit.

The media could not be loaded. This faucet was easy to install and is so much nicer than the plastic/metal one we had before. It’s solid and feels like excellent quality. Water flows great and the sprayer is excellent. I love that it feels so sturdy, not cheap or flimsy. I also love that the sprayer is a push button and not a lever you have to hold down.

Cartridges look 10 years old. They leak. When water iwnoff it still has steady drip. This product looks nice but the insides are USED. With rotted o rings. And no replacement cartridges. Junk….. brass is corroded too . It leaked on my custom wood countertops tops and it took days to dry because it was unfinished an all of the wood absorbed the water. Costed me $400. I want my money back or I’ll be contacting aLawyer. This is the second time I have seen a product received from this company that has had used corroded insides.
