Excellent product.
One bottle of this took the positraction “clunk” right out of my 75 Corvette.

Works well !
Lubegard products are amazing, I've been using them for years and they really work. They make a difference you can hear and feel. drained rear end, fill with one quart of gear oil, one bottle of this additive and toped off with another quart of gear oil. Great stuff !

It does work but more may be needed..
So I was skeptical but hopeful about this product. We have a vehicle that is nice, with fairly low mileage, and the trans shudders a little when shifting and faint slip in overdrive highway cruise speeds. I had already done a fluid/filter change and it did help but then added 1 bottle of this and it did actually work. Unfortunately it did not eliminate the issue completely with just the one bottle but my guess would be with one more, or two, it would possibly disappear completely. I won't be able to follow up on this as I am going to do another fluid change and add more in at that time, with other stuff so it will not be a clean sample to be used for this review. I was impressed that only two ounces did anything! I think it just needs more..

THANKS LUBEGARD
My daughters Jeep Laredo 4X4 had a noise and vibration at the rear when making turns. The shop found the vent tube for the rear axle was missing. They found water in the gear lube and damage to outer axle wheel and front pinion bearings. They showed me the damaged bearings and the gear lube with water in it that they had saved. They replaced the bearings, cleaned the main gears, and filled the axle with the proper gear lube and Chrysler recommended additive. Picked the Jeep up and was told there was still some noise but to drive the Jeep so the gear lube and additive could mix. After a week the noise and vibration was somewhat better but still there. Contacted the owner of the shop and he told me that the problem was that the clutch pack was probably damaged from the water that was found in the gear lube. This clutch pack is enclosed and cannot be serviced. The only solution would be to replace the axle. So after nearly $900.00 in repairs it would cost over $1,200 more to replace because this axle is so expensive. (Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper) I remembered having used Lubegard in a car that had a problem when the torque converter clutch engaged. I went to their website and found the limited slip additive. I contacted the repair shop and asked them if they had any experience using this additive. They had not, but offered to drain and refill the axle with the Lubegard I had purchased. After driving for about a week my daughter said the noise and vibration wasn't as bad. After a couple more weeks and a 200 mile trip the noise and vibration are gone!! Needless to say the shop and I are believers in Lubegard.
