Shark claims it’s great for pet hair. Although it does pick up quite a lot of it but not everything. And on carpets it makes a squeaky noise when turning and the brush stops when switching from floor to carpet. My sis bought this and brought it to me as a gift. Thoughtful but I unfortunately have to return it.

It is where it belongs, in the garbage! Such a waste of money! It worked wonderfully for about a month, then it started spitting EVERYTHING! After a little cleaning it makes a horrible noise too! Apparently you have to maintain it after every use… It doesn’t matter how well or how many times we would clean it, it gets clogged and won’t work! I bought it because of the “cordless” feature for over $200 but the $20 little vacuum I keep in my bathroom closet works better!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor suction. Only way to pickup anything with this vac is to attach the crevice tool and use as a hand vac, which creates a tunnel effect that increases the suction. The price of this vac is Laughable! Hate I fell for it and paid the price.

Easy to set, use and soooo lightweight. My back appreciates it!! Makes getting the vacuum out faster and easier.1 question. Rcvd 2 accessories but unit only has 1 holder??
