Dry-Up Mouse and Rat Killer, 4oz Mini Bait Bags (16-Pack)

I knew there were rats in the unfinished attic. Could hear them at night. Tried a few other methods. Nothing. So we threw these packets all around. At least 3 dead rats. First one smell was minimal. Second one crawled to the eaves. Reeks, but only outside. But the 3rd....died in the attic, almost in the eaves, and the smell I disgusting, in the kitchen nook. OMG. Not mild. Right now using bowls of vinegar on the fridge and top of cabinets and it helps. But this is Florida. Still warm. I've been told could be a month before smell dissipates. I don't think anyone could crawl in the attic to remove. I'm considering getting a contractor to cut into the ceiling. This stuff kills. But no dehydration.

In the process of selling our 3yo house, a mouse somehow got in. It had us beat. We tried traps - he tricked the doors & got out. We tried natural deterrents - yeah, right, he laughed. So I saw this, & being at our wit’s end & hoping he wouldn’t make an appearance during a showing, we scattered these pellets where potential buyers couldn’t see them, but the mouse could smell them. It took about 4 days to kill the little critter, but he wasn’t seen or heard from again. After selling the house, we realized another mouse had gotten through the gas pipe behind the stove. This mouse took way longer to kill - he loved the kitchen counters, so we left some pellets in aluminum foil - don’t touch these pellets barehanded, they burn your skin - near the stove. It took 2 weeks to get this guy. We bought a 67yo house - droppings in the basement. Pellets are now in corners. Fingers crossed!!

I have bought so many trap gadgets lately hoping not to use poisons and have rodents dying and smelling in the heat of the summer, they weren’t working, actually my traps were just disappearing. I bought this and whatever is eating it is loving it and I haven’t smelled anything dead around my yard. The jury is still out but I am certainly hoping this was my answer.

It killed the rat in my attic

I bought this for a neighbor. He complained that there were rats in his ceiling. In one day, according to him, his rat problem is over. No smell either.
