The seller cannot be responsible for how the product performs, and I receive what I order every time and keep reordering from the same vendor. Mylanta was off the market for years, and not too long ago, came back. I'm so glad they added a vanilla caramel flavor because it's far superior to the plain one. But if my heartburn is bad, it doesn't get rid of it enough to where I don't wake up coughing and have to take more. I know I'm exceeding the dosage limit, but if you've ever had heartburn, you'll take as much as you need to put the fire out.

I've tried lots of heartburn remedies. But there's nothing like the smooth and creamy remedy of old reliable Mylanta. It does the job when others have failed.

Flavor is great, I was surprised and it isn't chalky! Great packaging as well
