I can't comment on how much a difference it's made in my joints since I don't know what shape they would be in if were NOT taking the product. But I can see what a difference it's made in my hair and nails. It makes a HUGE difference. I've been taking this product for years and will continue too. The results don't happen overnight. You have to give it maybe six weeks or so before the difference is apparent.
