My 4 year old grand daughter loved it. Very durable. She loved that she can fit her baby doll bed and play kitchen inside.

Easy to setup. It took myself about 30 mins and that's only because I struggled with fitting the fabric over the poles at the bottom. Im pretty sure there was a better way to do it but it is done and the process was not at all difficult.It is pretty spacious for my little one. I managed to fit a small book shelf and 20 something inch tv inside. Along with a small Christmas tree, a kid sized table, and 2 chairs leaving enough room for a small walk way for her(the setup is different in the pic). Occassionally my little one likes to sleep inside, so we would take her toddler mattress and lay it beside the bookshelf. It fits fine.Im skeptical of the durability as I dont see it lasting in wet or windy conditions. I may never find out only because I intend to keep mine indoors. Plus my little one is a careful soul so the condition may stay like new.Design is neat. As a parent I wish it would have came with more quality decor and even lights.The price point was a bit much for what we received but I do acknowledge the craftsmanship as the quality of the material is pretty good. Overall, my child was pleased and for that I am grateful.So thank you for this product.
