This thing is absolutely amazing. Amazing for $45. It’s heavyweight feels very solid great nice thick screws come with it and it works fantastic. I did have to read the installation instructions several times to understand how to mount it because you have several options on how to do it, however after that initial confusion/hesitation I went ahead and installed it and it worked perfectly the very first time no adjustments needed …. wow!!

Perfect replacement for an old Atlas at my business. Very happy that I didn't have to drill any new holes.

This 4000 model is rock solid and built like it is supposed to last. Had a tricky install on my particular metal shop door so called Dynasty directly. To my surprise, Jason picked up the phone at 6:30pm CST and spent 20 minutes trouble shooting my situation. He helped me find a creative solution and everything turned out great. I paid less for this unit than I did for the one it replaced. It was easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow.

Looks like a nice unit - especially for the price. It comes with a mounting template for each of the 3 ways that it can be installed. I guess it could be a little confusing, but I found it relatively easy to install, and I'm happy with it. I hope it lasts a long time, but if not, I'll come here and complain about it publicly!

The part was broken while open the package.

product did not have enough strength to close door against a 25 kph wind , other than that it seems to be o.k.

Leaking grease already after two months. OK for light duty use only.
