Supplemented DMEM is known to support the growth of primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, human umbilical vein endothelial and smooth muscle cells. HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12 cell lines are routinely cultured using this basal medium. We offer custom bulk DMEM with varied formulations to suite any culture condition, order under custom products.
