Q: does the housing accept stock harley bulb

Not sure on the bulb size. The ones that come with it are very bright. I hooked the halo to my low beam and the main light to the high beam. Holy crap what a difference it made. Only problem I have had with them is a grounding issue. Open the light and add a ground wire run right with the power wires

Q: Can you adjust the angle on these lights, up/down?

No adjustment one position only.
