It holds its position and is comfortable for me it could be just a little bigger and firmer as I have really long fingers otherwise it’s wonderful

Super easy to keep your hand open with it, and with or without the strap. If you have moderate or severe spasticity in your hand, just buy it, as it will help you, unlike most things on the market for your stroke-affected hand! Much better than all those tennis balls, smiley face balls, and flat plastic hand torture devices, as I bought them over the last 3 years or so. They are well worth $12.99, just for the convenience of them gently keeping your fingers open,in my case, nearly 24 hours a day.I had to get the large size as I have extra-large man hands that match my size 15 feet.I said that in case you are like me, a pre-50yo 6'2'' naturally muscled guy.

This product will work best in a large hand smaller hands might find it too big.

I had a stroke and was struggling with my hand being crazy tight all night. I tried a few things like rolled up towels and a thing my ot made to stick in my palm whike I slept but they’d fall out all of the time or hurt because they were too hard. This little guy is great! My hand are on the small side so I wish the elastic strap was a scosh tighter but it work fine like a little pillow for my angry hand. I also can use it with my wrist splint.
