I have received this item in exchange for an unbiased review of it in order to help you select the best product for your needs.The tap came with everything needed to connect it to the sink, all flexi-pipes and even the olives.I got this tap to use in a small WC we are installing in the entrance hallway of our daughters home.The diminutive size of this pillar tap and the fact it comes from a trusted brand all made this a very easy decision to make this an item worthy of being tested.The flow rate and temperature of the water is restricted by the tap to better protect our grandchild.The tap is guaranteed for 5 years and according to the listing the mechanism is guaranteed for 15 years.The body of the tap is solid brass with a good thick chrome coating, as good as any I have ever seen.Sadly I have not yet been able to get a plumber in to get it fitted and while I am happy to tackle most jobs plumbing is where I draw the line.The guy who is coming to put it all together for me is very happy with the quality of everything we have already got for this job.If he has any issues when it is fitted I will update this review, which I think is very unlikely! HTH

Lovely appearance and the perfect fit for our bathroom!

On the plus side, it’s reasonably priced and looks good. However, it’s proved to be useless as a mixer tap and the shower head isn’t good either. The hot water takes ages to come through (when it ever does) and pressure is very low compared with our old mixer tap which ran off the same pipe work and system.

Ok you can buy cheaper taps but this one is beautifully made and really solid. I heartily recommend this tap

Not always been impressed by Ideal boilers but the taps and sanitary products are quality. Smooth action. Easy install. Easy to clean.

This mixer tap is sleek and smart and it looks high quality. My partner said it was fairly easy to install. The tap does work very well and the lever moves far more smoothly than our old mixer tap. I would check out the dimensions in the listing as I am not sure it would be suitable for all basins.

Bonjour, j'ai acheté l'article A6938AA (partie visible des robinets et commandes) en même temps et la compatibilité n'est pas bonne, malgré les indication sur votre site, cela ne fonctionne pas. Les corps d'encastrement sont prévus pour d'autres finitions. J'ai du démonter les l'ensemble et recommander les bonnes pièces. J'aimerai vous renvoyer les articles (partie encastrée A5948NU) non conforme et en être remboursés.Bien à vous,Vincent Borgignons
