They are my new favorite ice cube trays. 1. they are all silicone. The ones that are silicone and plastic together ripped apart where the two materials meet after just four months. 2. They are size appropriate for our latest freezer. They are all getting smaller but because of the size of these I can fit 6 trays in where they belong, 3 stacks of 2 high. 3. The only downside and not really even a downer is that because they are all silicone they do not release as rapidly. I just run them upside down under hot water for a few seconds and they pop out.
