Just the right book I have been looking for!
This book is the ultimate guide to any beginner in the field of calisthenics. It breaks down 50 essential body-weight exercises in clear photo tutorials, further providing expert guidance on form, sets, and reps. As if that weren't enough, it's like having your personal trainer by your side. Cardio and conditioning routines are also included for fat loss, along with some nutrition tips to keep you going on your path of reaching your fitness goals. These added bonuses are a starter workout program, core-focused guide, and ongoing email support, making it the go-to comprehensive resource for transitioning your body with calisthenics. Highly recommended!

Helpful book
I like that it shows you moves and explains everything and puts a correct emphasis on flexibility and mobility. I don't like how it doesn't give a realistic sequence for mastering some of the skills. I really don't like how it does indicate progression in the lever section and seems to indicate that a full lever is the easiest and that a tucked half lever should be learned later. It is also weird that the Planche progression exercises are covered such as the Tuck Planche, but the Planche is not.

Is it worth it? (Calisthenics Edition)
IntroductionHow to use this bookWhat is calisthenics?Diet and nutritionKnow your bodyWarm up & PreparationMobility:upper body, core, lower bodyFlexibility and stretching, upper body, core, lower bodyExercises, upper body, core, lower bodyCardio & ConditioningProgressing with CalisthenicsBonus: Free Training Program,I was able to access the free training program.I think this book was okay . I think the photos were rather clear in showing how to complete the exercises. I really liked the push up variation suggestions. The training program is not for those new to working out as you need a considerable fitness level to do pull ups. I do wish they would have gave a complete training guide for beginners instead of stating to do the easier form of the exercise. The exercise program links to a full 12 week paid program. Is it worth it? Not for me and I find myself passing it up for other references. There is so much information out about calisthenics that this book doesn't provide anything new or in depth. For those truly new to calisthenics I suggest Bret Contreras bodyweight training anatomy followed by YouTube videos or a trainer.

Great book
I was in search for a calisthenics book to get introduced. I think this is a really good book. Easy to understand and create my own program. The explanations and photos are really good. I recommend it to anyone wanting to start out with calisthenics.

Non useful
I found this book very inaccurate on the description of this product. It was supposed to be for beginners but then there was a lot of intermediate or advanced exercises in this book, not made for beginners.

Converted Me.
I was a bit dubious about calisthenics before reading this book, but in a clear and engaging way the author has inspired me with genuine interest. I'm nearing 50 and go to the gym and while I can build muscle that way I don't feel agile or limber because of it. Or even very strong. This book does a good job of selling calisthenics as a way of strengthening the whole body and I'm certainly going to give it a go.

Covers all the basic exercises
Covers all the basic exercises. I find the step by step breakdown really useful. Wish they had included more workouts on PARALLETS. Then again this is for beginners, so no complaints

Bodyweight exercises for beginners
Got it this week and had no trouble at all getting straight into it because it starts with the absolute basics and builds up from there.I am not new to exercise, but bodyweight training is a bit different so I wanted to start from scratch. The free bonus training program has been a help, as have the pictures in the book which show how to do all the different bodyweight exercises.
