i take ozempic and we went on a four month trip. I have a large mouth water bottle and used these to take 7 pens with me. I made sure to refreeze every chance we got and we made it work. TSA does not have an issue with these. we were only checked once coming into France. They stay cold for over 24hrs but this mostly depends on the bottle more than the ice packs. I just lined the bottle with the four, wrapped the pens in napkins and dropped in the center of the bottle. keep them on your carry on bag.

Perfect size to keep a couple of drinks cold in the small cooler.

Pretty good! They do their job, just wish they lasted longer (colder).

These work great for traveling and are small enough to freeze quickly, even in a small hotel refrigerator/freezer. No problem at TSA and are sturdy so they don’t leak.
