Great product
We love this carrier for our Maine Coon cats. This is easy to pop up and down. Very good quality. Great product.

Great but easily ripped
I definitely should have known better, but we left our puppy in it a bit too long in the car and he ripped out. I didn’t take the star off for that though. Didn’t like the first casualty which is bit of a design flaw. Puppy can pull the straps for the handles into the kennel and chewed them up. Love how small it folds up!!

Best crate for traveling!
I bought this crate for my 10yo pup on our cross country drive. It was super easy to set up. In the past, I have just put his bed in the back and packed around him. But boxes and suitcases slide, hitting my baby. Add to that his bad knees, yet he likes to stand in the car causing him to slip and stumble. This crate allowed me to pack around him but giving him his own protected spot. It worked out better than I could have hoped for. I bought 2 more for the new puppies I pick up in a couple weeks.

Convenient for car travel!
A little to set up at first but once you get the hang of it, you’ll love the portability and it’s compactness. I got this for a small dog 25lb that has severe generalized anxiety. He would burrow into the leg space of the car regardless of what’s blocking him and what’s already there. He’s been mellow as can be, even an hour in the car on his own. I agree it’s mesh sides aren’t for puppies, aggressive chewers, or dogs not familiar with kennels. But the mesh is the best for car travel because I don’t have to worry about ventilation. Thinking of getting another one!

does not collapse
The dimensions are fine for my needs. It pulled apart and snapped into place well enough, but upon trying to collapse it back down - we have a NO GO. I pushed in and turned - nothing. I placed it on the groud for more leverage and still nothing. I even tried the "Pride of Meadville, PA"(channel Locks) to help with some mechanical advantage and still nothing. The knobs would not budge. Also (and my fault for not realizing) is that you cannot have the dog enter from the side - not door! Daa - that is where the twist knobs are located. You have to have the dog enter from the back or front - not the best is you are gonna run this in the back of a truck.

Perfect Portable Crate
My mom said it best when I brought my German Shepard mix puppy home that it’s basically a doggy pack n’ play. It fits perfectly in my vehicle, along with whatever else I’m traveling with. Also very easy set up and take down.I normally just collapse it and travel with it that way, I don’t put it back in the bag it comes with each time.I did put a small dog bed in there to make it more comfy and similar to the at home crate.

Great for large breed dogs
The media could not be loaded. My dog is a husky and malamute mix and he might grow to about 80 lbs. This portable crate is perfect for the large breed. He is now about 25lbs and there is plenty room for him.The crate is so easy to set up, just 2 pulls and it is all set. Disassembly needs some extra effort, but it should not take more than 30 seconds.

Would have been great.
Received the crate in a timely manner and was excited to how it worked. It was too large to do hold both ends at the same time so I had to pull one end at a time. The first end went pop immediately, the other end was very, very difficult to pop into place. Once set up, the crate was larger than anticipated and felt quite sturdy. The problem arose when trying to collapse it. Again, with just one easy turn, the first side collapsed amazingly. The second side however......it's still, now several days later, not collapsed. No matter what I have tried (several friends also) we cannot get the side to collapse. I can't even return it because it won't fit in my car in this condition and finding a box would be impossible. If it had worked, I would have loved this. I travel with my rottweiler to dog shows and for fun. This would be soooooo much easier than lugging large and heavy standard crates.
