Very well priced remote control parts
This works just fine for my application. The only issue was that my setup needed to be enclosed in a metal case and therefore the antenna supplied was no good. I modified the board to use an external antenna which is quite straightforward with basic soldering skills. The external antenna also extends the range to around 100m but ultimately this will depend on the surroundings.

Simple to configure and connect, good coverage... Definitely needs reliable full 12v psu and good fob battery to achieve full range. Used alongside wi-fi switching as contingency for loss of network. hard to beat for the price!=.

Works but poor quality remotes
The buttons get stuck everytime you use them as nothing holds the rubber in place. I'd pick a model with a different remote

We have an older electric garage door and one by one the old remotes stopped working, we replaced with these, all worked fine and they seem good value for money
