Bought this for my daughter, her hair stylist recommended it . It’s what she uses. My daughter loves this straightener.

As a hair dresser, I am obsessed with finding styling tools that don’t do a lot of damage to the hair and is effective without being overly expensive. I came across this straightener and decided to give it a try. I LOVE IT! I find my hair not having so much breakage as I had using other straighteners. I like the fact that I can choose between 2 heating temperatures and the vibration means less damage on the hair. It’s easy to use and I would definitely buy again for the price/performance.

It actually works very well for my fine curly hair. I straightened my hair at night and next morning my hair was as flat as the night before. I think the vibration technology is unique and hopefully causes less damagem

It works great unfortunately it died on me in under a year of purchase time by making a funny noise and Just stopped working it and no longer turns on. I’ve only had it for seven months! So if you’re willing to buy it again within six months it’s a good straightener but it just doesn’t last.

I bought this flat iron in July. I’m a seasoned hairstylist and I was looking for a tool to make smoothing services better and easier. One of my biggest pet peeves on styling tools is the fact that warranties are almost nonexistent. As a business owner, I stand behind my services because I believe that what I’m delivering is a good product. As I was finishing a client with this flat iron, it shut off and refused to turn back on I gave it a little bit of time just in case it had overheated… It never turned back on. Unfortunately, I am outside of the warranty. It didn’t even last a year I reached out through Amazon/ Vibrastrait… and have heard nothing back. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. It worked well until it didn’t.

I’m a stylist of 25 years and bar none one of the best flatirons I’ve ever used and will only use! If I use any other brand and it doesn’t vibrate then Ithink it’s just broke now l! I have one I’ve used at the salon for 3 years daily use doing keratin treatments and still goingstrong! Thank you.

I normally buy CHI flatirons and I have had 2 CHIs that have each lasted me about 5 years each before the heat element gets sluggish. I decided to try something new and since there were a good number of great reviews on Amazon, I purchased this flatiron. That was in July and by the end of October it would no longer turn on. I use a flatiron on a daily basis so not having a reliable flatiron is not an option. I quickly purchased a $30 backup and returned the VIBRAstrait to Brocato (which cost me $10 to ship back at my own expense). It was processed with no issues and they sent a "new" one via UPS which I received yesterday. I was VERY excited until I was 5 minutes into straightening my hair this morning and it STOPPED VIBRATING! Seriously? Almost $100 for a flatiron, I should not have to go through all this hassle. I have sent an email this morning to Brocato requesting a full refund since I am outside of the Amazon return window. If they are a quality company, I would expect that they will give a refund with no issues. I will definitely come back and update this review with the outcome. My overall review- the iron really does work great but its garbage quality- unfortunately. For the money you pay, buy the CHI instead.
