Buy this book 1st, amazing practical ways to help with the grief of a loved one.
I listened to this book on my Audible to try to understand how to help my best friend who unexpectedly lost her husband. It was so good I bough her the hard copy and later one for myself to make notes in. I bought the workbook for my friend which has questions that allow for reflection. I highly recommend this very helpful book.

Was a great book, helped me through a very tough time, losing your spouse, best friend after 37 years is not easy. But this book really helped. I have sent copies to several friends and they all said a big thank you. A life preserver to a drowning person!

good condition, good book on grief
This book was recommended to me by my counselor. I already had a copy and bought this one for a friend. Even though it was used, it was on great condition.

The Best Book dealing with the loss of a loved one, ever!
It is my companion during the grieving/mourning process. The companion workbook is exactly what is needed to deal with emotions in a powerful way and definitely writing and talking about the loss is the most cathartic way to deal with the pain.

A lot of duplication with "Grief Steps Workbook"
I had bought and read the book, "I wasn't ready to say Goodbye." I loved it! I then bought this workbook, but also purchased the "Grief Steps" workbook. There is a lot of duplication between them. I would recommend that you either buy one set or the other.

Great if you like to write to work through feelings
I bought the book with this and should have chosen one or the other. I'm not one to do a lot of writing as therapy but it could be a valuable tool for someone who expresses their feelings with writing. I ended up giving it to my mother in law to help with her grief and I know she worked through it and appreciated it.
