Please don't purchase this item. You will get hardly 1000 rupees item in near about 10000 rupees with tag 69% discount. Quality is very poor. I am very disappointed to see it and it's not refundable. So think twice before purchase.

This is a well-made backpack. My concentrator fits it well and there is good storage space. The one issue I have found is that there is no opening for the charging cable. I had to cut a small rectangle in the mesh in order to be able to charge the unit while it was still in the backpack.

I have an IGO2 POC and there are not any backpacks made specifically for them. I found this backpack and it is working on pretty well. the straps a little tight because the IGO2 is a little bigger than the POC's the backpack was intended for, but it does fit. If you leave the two zippers towards the bottom of the zipper area, you can charge (both in the car and in the house) without removing the unit. Battery changes are also easy while leaving it in the backpack. The straps could be a little more padded and the storage pocket could use a little more structure since it is on the bottom of the bag and if it is not full it kind of crumples when you place it on the floor. I plan to solve that by lining it with a plastic dish of some sort (the kind lunch meat comes in maybe). I much prefer this over the bag that came with the unit and it is comfortable for the most part.

I've owned mine for 1 year to the day, today. Here are my thoughts: 1. Overall, the pack is comfortable and not too heavy. It holds the POC and my wallet. The bottom container can hold my double battery and inhaler and a few small things. BUT when you open it everything falls out. 2. Fits my Inogen G4 fairly well, but it was made for a bigger machine so the G4 slops around inside a bit despite the velcro strap to hold it in place. 3. There is a lot of sturdy netting for ventilation; however, it still gets REALLY hot in the pack (and on my backside). There just isn't enough ventilation on the sides. I have spent many trips holding my pack in front of the a/c unit to cool it off. Worst cases mean I have to remove my POC from the pack to cool it down. 4. The vinyl top is interesting, but not really practical. I always have to open it to see the screen anyway, so why bother? It also seems that the vinyl top magnifies the heat of the sun causing the POC to overheat. 5. The bottom pouch does hold a lot; however, if I'm not traveling out of town I don't need it. When it's empty it folds under the pack awkwardly and is a nuisance. 6. The pack will not sit on it's bottom without support (see #5). 7. The hook is sturdily attached, but it's narrow enough that it doesn't hook onto many things rendering it useless. 8. My left strap is becoming separated from the main body and showing fraying. Why? I don't carry it around on one shoulder. I treat it gently (I'm old and take care of my stuff.) 9. It's annoying that there is no exit hole for the cannula to go through. Instead my cannula has to sneak out of the side of the vinyl panel and this causes a king. Couldn't you put a riveted hole up there? 10. Lastly, I need a new one soon because of the strap. But I cannot believe you still haven't made one for the G4 that isn't black or brown. Yuck. Black would make the overheating problem worse. I have the brown one. I see you make purple and lavender packs, but not for the G4. I may have to shop elsewhere for my next one. p.s. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET MY STRAP FIXED!!
