Loretta Embroidered Sheer Shaped Valance, 52 by 18-Inch, White

We've just remodeled our bathrooms and I wanted to get something that wasn't the typical run on the mill curtain for my mother's bathroom. She loves anything that's floral and feminine so this one really caught my eye.I searched and searched and searched for a shower curtain for our newly remodeled bathroom. I'm so glad I selected this one. This shower curtain is just beautiful. It's so pretty, in fact, that I purchased two. One with blue flowers and another with violet flowers. Everyone that sees it comments on how lovely this shower curtain is and that they've never seen one like it.The flowers and leaves are actually embroidered onto the shower curtain - a nice surprise. Do know that the material is very sheer. It is just like regular sheer curtain material so you will definitely need a liner behind it for privacy. I purchased a good quality white fabric liner and it's a great pairing. We have a window in our shower so the light fabric really allows the outside light to brighten the room.You really won't be disappointed with this shower curtain. I am not a fan of sheer curtains but I bought new furniture and it's a very odd color and hard to match. When I came across these I fell in love with them for 2 reasons because they came in the shorter length and because they have a design on them to give them a touch of color and with some color choices. The only problem I had was that they didn't have the valance to the panels and had to do my research to find them and had to order them from another company.

Shower curtain perfect fit. The fabric is thin, but that's what I wanted. I gave it 4 stars because the top section for hooks is somewhat flimsy, but hopefully it will hold up okay! I'm also not sure I like the gold strip at the bottom (it doesn't seem to go with the blue curtain), but that's just personal taste.I debated buying a second shower curtain to make matching window curtains, but I think the fabric is too thin for window curtains (even over blinds).

SO PRETTY, I finally got new windows that are insulated, so I get to have thin lacy curtains not worrying that the sun would make the bedroom to hot. Throwing away my heat blocking curtains. i got the 63 inch long they hang below my window. They have little rose embroidery flowers in them.. Very sheer they have a pretty edging on them around the whole panel which is very pretty for the bottom of the curtain. They say white but it's more like sheer, so they are much prettier in person. two panels fit my big window just perfect I did not get the valance, and you don't need one. Shipped quick, and unzipped bag they were in and hung them right up Love them. I have a faux wood blind.

In the picture it looks like a white cloth background for the embroidery. When I received, it was a see through mesh-like material. The embroidery was ok, i did have to trim the front in several places where the thread was sticking out. I left the loose threads in the back even though you can see them through the mess material.

Amazon was out of the sheers that go with this valance so I ordered the matching sheers from another store. I was worried that the valance would not match the sheers but they are an exact match. The white color is actually white flowers with soft green and beige leaves/vines and a scalloped bottom edge. They look beautiful against sage green walls and white trim with the sunlight coming through the windows. Very pleased.

I only do reviews when I am very impressed or overly dissatisfied These were very impressive. I bought curtains to go over these and once these were up I stopped. They are very pretty. Nice feeling of spring in the room with the shades up. It's amazing what a manufacture can make on a machine these days that would have previously taken much much longer by hand. Good quality. I do not know how they will wash yet but I may wash them by hand and hand them out to dry so I make sure not to reck them. Defiantly recommend these.

I really like these curtains. I had previously ordered 2 panels and they were perfect for what I needed in my dining room. They are light and airy and let in the sunlight. So I ordered 2 more. I would have given them a much higher rating except the second order was wrong. I ordered 2 blue/white curtains; I got one blue/white and one pink/white. Oh, how I hate the hassle of returning items!
