Way to much salt
I made my first batch and was disappointed in how salty the tasted. Others who tried them mentioned the same thing. I did mix the seasoning up very well before using it. The taste was right on for Italian Sausage with a kick of salt! :)

I feel like the Italian flavors should have been a bit more pronounced and less salt. The flavor was good, just not enough. I love salt but this has a bit much unless you are adding it to a sauce or something to make the saltiness.
