Good Charger
This charger comes with a built-in micro usb cord and they supply you with a micro usb to type C adapter. The old design came with the type C cord built in. You need to be careful not to leave the adapter stuck on the charging device when disconnecting. If you lose the adapter you're just left with a micro usb charger. The charger does have an extra slot to connect another charging cord. Charger is as fast as my regular charger when charging my LG G6. I do like that the ring lights up blue when connected to power. That lets you know that the charger is connected correctly. Overall would buy again if needed.

great car charger
Great car charger with a build-in chord. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with this product. This charger has a very good quality. It has a build-in chord for android devices, you don’t need additional cable for your android devices. And also the cord is long enough even for the passengers in the back. I like it that is has another spare USB port for other devices like my iPhone. You can use both of them at the same time, it's very convenient. The light up ports are a nice touch as well since I have often struggled trying to plug my phone in when it is dark, but that is now a problem of the past. The ports light up just enough to be seen, but are not too bright such that they would be able to cause a distraction while driving. The charge speed is also very fast even while using google map. Overall, great charge, great quality, good price.

cheap but very appealing
maxboost created a really cool QC3 for the car masses. they've been around for a while so i didn't doubt there ability. shortly after a month of keeping the charged in my car, the qc microusb is benting at the base. its a cheap build--not what i expected. i was hoping it wouldve been a more durable built in cable, like belkin 2.0 car charger.slightly dissappointed but it still works. i purchased June 21. i doubt it'll last more than 3 months

Works great after 2 years and it will charge a device that uses USB C (read my comment)
Awesome little car charger and it worked great on my Samsung S8 Plus in an Otterbox commuter case.Update: I bought this back in 2017 and it's still going strong. Also, for those whining it won't charge a Samsung S8, that is partially true. The built in cable is micro USB. You would need to use the included USB C adapter Samsung included in the box the phone came in. Or, you could buy a USB C cable, like I did. And problem solved. This charger is currently charging my Samsung S10+ and my daughter's Samsung S9+ just fine. And the charger is 2 years old.

Not for Samsung Galaxy S8
This does NOT work with a Samsung Galaxy S8. This is a micro USB, not a USB type C. Will be returning.

good fast charger but mines didn't last longer
I like about fast charging. it's been 7 months since I started using this item. now its connection became bad. I don't think it's the charging cable . I think it's the charger itself because I have two of these. When I try the other one which I have for 6 months. it's nothing wrong with it. If this charger is only last 7 months, I will be very unhappy.

Works great together and I never have any charging issues
I paired this up with the Qi wireless charger and use the extra USB just in case I need to charge another phone. Works great together and I never have any charging issues. For context, the phone completes a charge while I'm using GPS and playing music. I recommend this for anyone.Just FYI, for the USB port, the charger will not work if your USB cable is, or goes bad. Use a good USB cable and you'll never see any issues.
