Excellent knifes. I’ve used Pure Komachinin professional kitchens and bought this as gift for a friend. The smaller knife is more versatile than expected. The knifes are light, stay sharp and are easy to renew with any simple sharpening tool. They are durable and easy to clean. I really like this brand and the style and size of this pair as a knowledgeable home chef.

Sharper than I thought they would be
For the price these are great knives. I bought them for our camping kit and they serve as all around and multi purpose knives. I could even cut bread with the larger knife.
