Replaced an inline dimmer with this and couldn't be happier
Great looking switch on a mid-century modern lamp and works extremely well and is easy to put in place.

Complicated to install
You need 2 special tools to install, without instructions, then it works fine.

A simple functional switch that's frustrating to install.
I'll reiterate the feelings of several other reviewers and doubtless of everyone with large fingers who has installed one: it is fussy by reason of tiny screws and tight tolerances. Once you get the wires placed and use your third hand to hold them there you can tighten those tiny little screws and eventually you'll get them tight without dropping the screw into the switch.Actually, I bought it because it was compact, so I suppose I was just venting above. Once completed it is a great compact and easy to operate switch. I take away a star however, because the screw heads are freakishly tiny and nonstandard for the device. I installed it on a food dehydrator which was designed without any switch - it works very well.

Almost the best
Good design, plastic quality is normal, small dislike for uncomfortable to set due to small size

Light switch
This switch was better than the switch that came with the lamp. Easy install and I highly recommend this product.

Great product for the price
These types of switches are not easy to find in this style. This one works perfect as a replacement for under the counter lighting.

Poor design.
Quality materials but poor design. Terminal screws are too small to attach wires inside the body. The screw heads are too small to firmly affix the wires. The wires will pull out or detach possibly creating a short and fire hazard. Avoid.

Works great.
Once I figured out the best way (no instructions) to run the wires it went together solidly. Works great!
