Works well.
The product itself is great, this is the second truck I have installed one of these on. The instructions are not bad, but dont bother looking for the video links in the instructions or FAQ's. If you prefer visusal instructions like I do the etrailer video was good.

Easy installation and works well...
Installation was easy. Instructions are good and easy to follow. This works well in my 2022 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock. My tailgate now goes down nice and smoothly. Seems well made and should last a while. Worth the extra $$ over all of the clones out there. I like to stick with name brands and DEEZEE is a trusted brand.

Easy to install and it works very well. Go to Youtube for installation. The instructions that come with it leaves something to be desired.

Helps by little.
The media could not be loaded. Install was easy. It slows the tail gate somewhat. But not by much. Seems like it needs more compression to slow it down more.drops pretty fast.
