INEFIL ER70S-6 .030-Inch on 10-Pound Spool Carbon Steel Mig Solid Welding Wire

I've been using the INEFIL ER70S-6 .030-Inch Carbon Steel Mig Solid Welding Wire for my DIY welding projects, and it's been a fantastic addition to my toolbox. This wire has delivered consistent performance and high-quality welds every time I've used it.What stood out to me is how smooth the welding process has become. I’m on my third spool of this wire and it performs well. I use this on my Hobart 190 MIG welder with argon/co2 gas and it produces nice clean welds with little splatter. When this roll gets low, I’ll buy another.

EDIT: Stay Away!! went to open second roll and it doesn't hold well. It will rust in the whole roll. I even tried to take some off the spool and the moisture rusted it all the way though i am not happy with this product. Buy something else if you don't use it all right away for a job.So far the price and quality of this wire is bar none the best deal going. I use this is my Hobart 190 as well as the .023 wire and both work great no issues, get great contact and clean and consistent welds. If you're on the fence you are already missing out. I bought 4 boxes so far. Come nice and neat in the box.

I was extremely skeptical when ordering this wire. At almost half the price of competitor wires I expected sub par performance. I was pleasantly surprised when I switched to it.I ran out of wire in the middle of a welding project (my machine Miller Multimatic 215 running on 220V). I switched over from my Hobart .030 wire to this Inefil wire. I was shocked at the quality of the welds. This wire lays down much smoother than the Hobart wire with much less spatter. It was nice to have a back to back test on the same project, same material / thickness, etc.Looking after the fact, I can clearly tell the welds made with this wire and the Hobart wire. These welds are more even and much better looking overall.This is so good that I ordered 2 more spools in case it become unavailable (or the quality drops) in the future.

Got this in a hurry and I have no had problems with it.

Wire burns well. Box came in damage and plastic spool was chipped in one spot. But it's quality wire.

I like the wire. Welded several feet of 11 gauge metal. Using my third roll of this 10 lb. spool. It is working very good. Has good penetration and bead looks good.

Loaded this wire into my Esab EMP215 (running 75/25 gas) a couple of weeks ago, and was immediately impressed by the improvement in weld quality. This wire produces consistently smooth and clean welds with great penetration. I've mostly been welding 1/4" and 1/8" steel so far, and couldn't be happier with the quality of this product. It was just a couple of bucks more than the Chinesium alternatives, so it's also an excellent value. I will definitely be buying more of this wire as soon as the need arises.
