I don't normally leave reviews unless I'm extremely satisfied or extremely disappointed, but I HAD to with this one.... because it is honestly one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life, hands down. If I could give it 100 stars I would. I just have to say.... BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! You won't regret it. Don't even contemplate it, seriously just buy them. First off, you CANNOT beat the price. I was skeptical at first because the price seemed too good to be true, but I was mistaken, these chokers are BEAUTIFUL!!!! I can't believe I got so many beautiful necklaces at such an AMAZING, unbeatable price. Secondly, I didn't like some of the chokers that were pictured and thought I wouldn't wear them, but the fact that I liked most of them won me over. AGAIN, I was mistaken. Once they arrived, (which by the way was EXACTLY WHEN THE SELLER SAID THEY WOULD, A++) I tried them all on and was shocked because some of the ones I didn't originally like in the pictures online looked AMAZING on. I'm new to chokers & the only other time I ordered chokers was off Groupon - I ordered a 2-pair from Groupon and paid around the same price as this price - for only TWO chokers!! Outee gives you 20 chokers!!!! And the ones from Groupon looked good in pictures but were so awful in person-they we're not what was pictured online- I had to throw them out, and one broke. When you order Outee's 20 PCS black choker set, you will get EXACTLY what is pictured, no games & no gimmicks. Actually, they look even better in person then in the pictures online!! They are good quality, they all came intact, in perfect condition, nothing broken, ripped, scraped, etc. They are brand new and in perfect condition & you literally have an endless supply of chokers for all outfits/events/everyday use!!!! I am HONESTLY blown away by these. I have been an avid amazon user for about 5+ years now and I truly have to say that this is one of the best purchases I have ever made, if not THE BEST. If you are looking at these now, just buy them, you won't regret it. Or you can waste time looking at other sellers only to come back to this page once you realize how much better the price is. Even if there are a few you don't think you'll wear, it's worth buying because you cannot beat this price. You can regift the ones you don't like, but I honestly think you will be surprised when they arrive, and you will love them all!!!! With the revival of the choker trend, this twenty piece set is a steal! When you visit the accessory section of a retail store one choker can cost you anywhere between $10 and $20 (trust me, I've seen $20 chokers and I was definitely confused) BUT by purchasing this set you receive a variety of styles for what would be the price of one or even less! This set in particular is limited to black chokers, but it is just what I was looking for. Outee has definitely impressed me with the quality and affordability of these chokers! And I will admit some of the chokers in this set wouldn't have been my top choice if I could do a build-your-own ordeal, but honestly the value is here since so many are super cute and simple! You can wear one or even two at a time for mix-and-match options, the possibilities are endless! I also love that they also give you a bag to keep all your chokers in! Honestly, I got a little choked up at how little I paid for so many pretty necklaces. I once paid $13.99 for a single choker that I ended up losing the same day I bought it, so this had to be five stars for me. I already wore a few of them out with friends and they're pretty comfortable.Of the 20 I received, I couldn't use four of them. One was too small for my neck (do look at the neck sizing if you're at all worried. Some of these necklaces would easily fit two of my neck but many others I used the last 2 rungs), another had a broken clasp (the clasp was not attached to the necklace), and two were fraying/had strings coming off. BUT 16 of them were really cute and exactly as pictured. I definitely have some favorites and others I won't wear that often, but they're all wearable and cute. For the price alone, this is worth buying if you're at all interested in owning/wearing a choker necklace. The Price is literally unbeatable, wish I could put 6 stars out of 5 for the value for the money.

Seriously amazing deal. Chokers are 3-10 bucks each at mall stores. These are the same if not better quality. The stretchy plastic ones are a tiny bit thicker than the regular ones you used to get out of vending machines in the 90s. None of them have broken yet. The velvet ones were a little bit wrinkled from folding over, but I think that'll go away. They are individually tagged if you're buying these for a boutique to sell. They each have packaging. The typical paper kind with a hole at the top to hang. I'm not interested in reselling, but I know a lot of people buy stuff like this for boutiques. Anyway, these are great quality for the price. I have them all on a big carabiner that I hang on my desk cause I don't wanna hang these individually. Great value. I wish it had the one that ties in a bow like you see in other choker sets, but these were so cheap that I didn't mind buying another set that did include the bow tie one. You get 30 chokers for the price of 1-4. Pretty awesome. If you had given me one and told me they were from F21 or even Kohls, I would've believed you.

These are cute but they're cheaply made and they're not meant to keep forever. There are things that you can wear every once in a while but if you wear them everyday they will wear out very quickly.UPDATE: 10/27/19 - added picturesThe only one that has held up with continuous usage is the black plastic one. It is the only one that I use. All the others have frayed or the jewelry is now corroded even without use. Most of them I have never worn and the fabric looks okay but the metal-coated parts look horrible and I would never put those on my skin. So now this little black choker is the only one that I use out of the entire pack. If you're going for cheap, go with these little plastic ones with no metal coatings on them.If you desire the ones with silver or gold go for stainless and pay a little bit more

For $20, you're getting exactly what you pay for. Which is by no means a bad thing. If you are not arts and craft-sy, this is a good alternative because you can literally make all of these things by picking up a few supplies at a craft store.The gold and silver links are a better quality and easier to clasp than the bronze/copper colored ones. If anything becomes loose, or you feel like the clasp is on the wrong side that you are comfortable with, it's an easy fix with some small pliers. There was only one necklace that came in this set that had the clasp on the wrong comfort side that I couldn't solve by reversing the necklace.None of the chain links are weld around, so if something comes apart, pliers, again, are your best friend to getting it back together. My neck is 13.5in thick around when I intentionally move it to be thicker and have not had any problems with the size of any of these.If you are arts and craft-sy, and find yourself unhappy with any of the chain links or clasps, it's a very easy fix if you want to buy higher quality ones elsewhere. They're a good entry to customizing what you want out of the set. I can safely admit that I hate at least three of these necklaces, and some of the charms are straight up ugly, but it's nothing I can't change on my own by buying alternative charms to put on instead, or just removing the charms entirely.tl;dr - you're not getting amazing quality for something you can find on any site, since these are exact designs you can find multiple times on amazon or any other budget site with jewelry. You are literally paying a dollar per piece.If you ask me, it's worth it. If it falls apart you can fix it. Pliers are your best friend.
